Step 2: PLANNING YOUR ENROLMENTBefore commencing online enrolment your first step will be to plan your enrolments for the whole year. This is very importants as Access Adelaide works on a “First In” principle and does not allow a waiting list. Therefore, if you are unable to get in to the class that you want you will need to regularly check back to see if a place has become available, keeping in mind the census dates. When planning out your enrolments it is important not to select any classes with time clashes, as this will prevent you from enrolling. The relevant Class Planner Template on the Forms page will assist you in making selections. The University Course Planner has the necessary information to plan your enrolment. Status and exemption for previous study (transfer credit)If you have completed previous tertiary study and are transferring to a program offered by the School of Education, you are welcome to apply for credit for your previous study. Applications together with supporting documentation should be submitted to the School of Education office. You can download the credit transfer form from the Forms page. The application must be submitted no later than the end of the first week of term. Processing the application may take up to two weeks, and submission of an application is no guarantee that you will be granted credit. Accordingly, you should enrol in all courses for which you have applied for credit in case it is not approved. If credit is approved, it is your responsibility to withdraw from the course before the census date. The census dates for all courses can be obtained from the Course Planner. Now you’re ready to begin! Go to Steps 3 - 5: ENROLLING ONLINE |
